Steve McKirdy brings more than 35 years of experience in site development, planning and commercial construction. Since arriving in Charlotte in 2005, he has completed commercial up-fits, commercial remodels, renovations and additions across North and South Carolina, and that experience is behind every medical office we build.

Before any work begins, we review the lease, the site and the landlord documentation with you. Knowing exactly what the space allows, what the landlord provides and what falls to you keeps surprises out of the schedule and the budget later on.
From there we bring the right team together. We work alongside architects, civil engineers, PME engineers, interior consultants and designers, and Steve's relationships with industry partners and municipalities across the region let him bring in the right professional for each project.
